On November 26, 2015 the Ida County Sheriff's Office arrested Todd Allan Grimsman, 29 and Julie Ann McManigal, 41 both of Arthur, Iowa and charged them with Burglary in the 3rd degree and Theft in the 2nd degree.

Deputies also executed a search warrant at their residence in Arthur, Iowa and recovered items believed to be stolen.

The charges were the result of an investigation into incidents that occurred in rural Ida County.

The investigation is on-going and additional charges are possible.
